This works pretty well. A little loose in areas but maybe I measured wrong. Does stay in place for the most part, but it is all stretchy fabric where I thought it was stiff fabric with elastic at the edges, like a fitted sheet. It's a nice dark brown color, but attracts a lot of pet hair, as we have a cat and dog, so you must vacuum to remove it. It's comfy fabric thought!
